Record an explicit wallet rejection without a transfer
Requires the original account's access token and the current attempt ID. Call with an empty JSON object only when the wallet explicitly rejected the request and no transfer was sent. Releases an active attempt only when no transaction hash or payment event exists, returning the same order to pending and recording the rejection. Never call on a timeout, disconnected wallet, page close or uncertain result; preserve the attempt and recover its transaction instead.
