Prepare a payment window for the signed-in user
Requires an account access token. The signed context binds the original payer, credited account and exact amount for 15 minutes. Display the returned recipient before opening topup_url. An expired context requires a fresh context; it does not mean an already submitted payment should be repeated. Context creation itself does not send a transaction.
