Confirm the exact total for one past request

Owner browser access token required. Confirms a verified actual amount for the original funding relationship and attempts settlement. Frozen credits count toward this total. This is not an additional charge of the same amount, does not change future Agent limits, and must not repeat model execution. A 200 response can still have pending_settlement status when funds or payment review prevent completion. Repeating the same authorization cannot charge twice. Confirmation preserves the original payer set, including for self_then_owner requests that were reserved entirely from the Agent. After unlinking, the original funding owner may approve its historical charge; only original Agent reservations and that original owner can fund it. Detached Agent balances or a new owner are never added as supplementary payers.
