Create a delegated owner wallet binding challenge
Requires the delegated Agent bearer token and an unexpired owner-issued delegation token for this linked Agent. Reading the delegation does not consume it. The challenge names the target owner and binding purpose; sign it with the owner wallet and submit it with the delegation to /v1/me/owner-wallet/bind.
