Create a wallet payment for the signed-in account
Requires an account access token and a verified linked wallet. The server fixes the recipient account, payer wallet, asset, network, quoted payment amount and receiving address. Network fees require ETH on the selected network. Reuse the same idempotency key only with an identical body. The current stablecoin-per-Credit rate is returned by GET /v1/payments/options; every order snapshots its rate and keeps that quote after later price changes. One Credit is 1000000 microcredits. An order expires after 30 minutes, but expiry cannot cancel an on-chain transfer.
